Sister Madeline Franze is a Sister of Saint Joseph, NCDC Active Member, and a full time development consultant specializing in fund development consultation for Catholic congregations of women and men religious and other small non-profits. Development Consultants has serviced about sixty-five congregations/organizations in twenty-five states of the United States, as well as Jamaica and Ireland. Sister Madeline began the Development Office for the Sisters of St. Joseph in 1988 and served as the Director and Co-director until 2003.  
Sr. Madeline, a certified fundraiser (CFRE) since 1994, has served as a member of the NCDC Board of Directors and co-presented the annual Fundamentals and More program for NCDC since 2005. She has received the President’s Award from the AFP Philadelphia Chapter in 2008 and the NCDC George T. Holloway Award for Distinguished Service in 2010. Madeline holds an MA in Administration from Villanova University. Before her involvement in development, Madeline was an elementary school teacher and principal.
