Mary Doorley is a senior nonprofit management executive with 30 years of experience working in religious and secular nonprofit organizations. As Vice President of Development at the Archdiocese, she is responsible for the Catholic Appeal, major gifts, the Clergy Funds, and parish development programs.

Before joining the Archdiocese, she worked with several national religious and secular organizations, including Ketchum, Inc., University College Dublin, the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management, and the dioceses of Harrisburg, Altoona-Johnstown, and Wilmington.   For more than ten years, she has been an Adjunct Professor at Boston University, teaching graduate courses in fundraising management.  

She serves on the Association of Fundraising Professional’s Center for Fundraising Innovation Committee and on the ACFRE Board.   She is one of 100 fundraisers worldwide to have earned the designation of Advanced Certified Fundraising professional. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree at Catholic University and a Master of Science in Management from Regis College.
