Director of Digital Strategy and Corporate Staffing Manager

Lesley Snyder serves as CCS’s Director of Digital Strategy and Corporate Staffing Manager. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s digital and social media strategy development and implementation and staff trainings for a variety of CCS clients. She also advises on staffing models and helps with the recruitment of senior candidates for the firm’s non-profit partners. Lesley has presented internally and externally on subjects including: ePhilanthropy, social media for non-profits, online giving, gamification, and relationship mapping.  

Lesley previously served as the Director of Communications for The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC,) a national organization located at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, dedicated to increasing the availability of quality palliative care services for people facing serious, complex illness. At CAPC, Lesley was responsible for planning all aspects of product/project marketing including digital marketing strategy, direct marketing, advertising, public relations, and ePhilanthropy. She also managed the Palliative Care Public Awareness Campaign, including grant writing, budgeting, vendor selection and oversight, project management, and reporting to funders.

Lesley also has significant consumer and financial marketing and communications experience. Education: BA in Communications, Hofstra University
