Kn Moy joined Masterworks in 1996, after serving at World Vision for a dozen years. He is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Foresight, a role that came about as Masterworks realized that the nation is in the midst of seismic changes that are redefining the marketplace.

Kn has over three decades of experience as a marketing strategist with a focus on innovation. He was the Chief Creative Officer and Senior Strategist for the nation’s largest agency serving the nonprofit sector. He drove the agency’s innovation practice for their 4,300 clients, leveraging new approaches to seize new marketplace opportunities.

He has a full complement of industry awards including the prestigious Benjamin Franklin Award (“The Benny”), the Emmy in the print design industry. Kn also led the Internet team that won the Webby, the Emmy of the Internet world, as well as the prestigious Smithsonian Institution ComputerWorld Award for innovative work in online e-commerce.

Today, Kn’s work focuses on helping nonprofit decision-makers and strategy implementers grapple with the complexity and uncertainty of the changing donor landscape, broadening their perspectives by examining current and future trends, and addressing and leveraging these trends to shape a better and more sustainable future.

He has pioneered innovative marketplace strategies for clients such as Wal-Mart, Columbia House Records, Safeco Insurance Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, World Vision, American Bible Society, and Focus on the Family.

Kn currently leads workshops around the nation on topics related to engaging the next generations. He recently was the keynote presenter at the Big Ten (Conference) Alumni Relations Institute.

Kn helped launch Masterworks Insight and Innovation practice, and is currently leading Masterworks’ initiatives for rapid prototyping new approaches for engaging the next generations around the giving of time, talent, treasure, and influence.
