In my position as Director of Donor Relations I represent, the mission, values, philosophy and position of the Passionists of Holy Cross Province to donors, alums and various publics through media, print, electronic, audiovisual communications and face-to-face. The capacity to respond with sensitivity and awareness to those with diverse cultural, ethnic, social backgrounds, values and attitudes is essential.

As Director I create, implement, manage and assesses a comprehensive donor relations/fundraising plan geared at assisting the Development unit (direct mail, communications) reach its strategic fundraising goals. The scope of work includes: cultivation, stewardship, communication, planned giving, solicitation of major gifts and the sustained giving program.
